Return Window
We accept returns only in the case of damaged products. If you receive a damaged T-shirt, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
Return Requirements

1. Item Condition: The T-shirt must be damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage.
Return Process
To initiate a return for a damaged product, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team through our website or by emailing support@animexschool.com . Please provide your order number, details about the damaged item, and any relevant photos if possible.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
3. Pack and Ship: Pack the damaged T-shirt securely, including all original packaging and the RA number provided. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged products.
4. Shipping: Send the package to the address provided with the RA number. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your damaged item.
5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 Business Days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
